Viral Snow Globe Cocktail

1. Trim a sprig of rosemary so it’s just shorter than the height of a glass. Cut the top of the sprig so it’s flat (this is the side that goes down into the glass).
2. Tie a string around the other end of the stem.
3. Fill glass with about an inch of water. Optional: add cranberries or pomegranate seeds in the water for extra flair.
4. Stand the rosemary up in the center of the glass and then keep it upright by taping the string to either side of the glass. Freeze until solid (use a thicker glass to prevent breakage).
5. Once frozen, remove from freezer and take the tape and string off.
6. Pour in a shot of your favorite clear alcohol and then fill the rest of the glass with sparkling water.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
