Mother’s Day Pancake and Waffle Board

Start by making your pancakes and waffles using a mix, such as Simple Mills or Kodiak Cakes. For an extra special touch, use a heart-shaped waffle maker. Grab a large platter and begin by placing small bowls for your toppings on the platter. Arrange the prepared pancakes and waffles around these bowls. Next, add berries and sliced bananas around the platter, filling in any small gaps with blueberries. To the bowls, add Gelson’s maple syrup, Greek yogurt or whipped cream, granola, nut butter, and chocolate chips. Finish the board with a few fresh mint leaves for garnish.
