It's feeling like summer down in San Diego and this warm weather got me craving something cold, bubbly, and refreshing! I just stirred up a pitcher of Sparkling Strawberry Mint Lemonade and it really did the trick. I must say, it would pair pretttyyy well with some vodka and an afternoon by the pool!

Juice 6 lemons and combine with sparkling water, sliced strawberries, liquid stevia, mint and ice. Slice the last lemon and add the slices to the pitcher with lots of ice. Stir and let sit for about 15 minutes (it will become more pink as it sits!). Enjoy!
